By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to an estimated processing time of 5 to 7 business days before your order is shipped. This time frame applies to all orders, including preorders, unless stated otherwise.
2. Preorders
All phone cases currently available on our website are preorders. By purchasing, you understand and agree that shipping timelines may be extended due to manufacturing and production processes. Updates regarding preorder statuses will be communicated as necessary.

4. Chargebacks and Dispute Policy
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue violates these Terms and Conditions.
Falsified Claims: Customers filing chargebacks for undelivered items after acknowledging the 5-7 business day processing time, or preorder timelines, will be considered in violation of this policy.
Any falsified claims of non-receipt, despite tracking information or communication proving delivery, will be investigated thoroughly. Falsified disputes may result in the following actions:
Immediate cancellation of the order.
Permanent banning of the customer from future purchases.
Reporting the fraudulent chargeback claim to the payment processor and, if applicable, legal authorities.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds for preorders are only available if the product has not entered the production phase. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events, including shipping carrier delays, supply chain disruptions, or acts of nature.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
